Micah started learning the violin at the age of 6, and joined the Bucks County Youth Orchestra at the age of 14. By the age of 15, and with all of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music exams under his belt , he found himself leading the school orchestra and string group. He was introduced to Scottish music through his teacher Margot Rusmanis and the Aylesbury Fiddle Rally where his talents were spotted by Judith. Invited to sit-in with Craigellachie it was soon very obvious that Micah would be a great asset to the band’s line-up. He is currently studying for his A-levels (including music) and also enjoys sport. In addition to playing the violin, he also plays the mandolin and is researching and teaching himself the traditional Greek music from his family’s heritage. | ||||||
